Battery Safety
Please be sure to read the instructions on your device before installing batteries. Make sure to insert the batteries
properly and follow the symbols showing you the positive (+) and negative (-) ends.
Keep battery contact surfaces clean by rubbing with a cloth.
Replace batteries with the size and type specified by the devices manufacturer.
Store spare batteries in a cool, dry place. Remove batteries from devices that will be stored.
Keep batteries out of the reach of small children, who may be tempted to swallow them.
When dealing with batteries, it is important to follow these
guildlines:
Don't dispose of batteries in a fire. They may rupture or leak and cause personal injury.
Don't carry loose batteries in a pocket or purse with metal objects like coins, paper clips, etc.
Don't recharge a battery unless it is specifically marked 'rechargeable'.
Don't mix old and new batteries.
Don't expose batteries to water.
